For experienced management consultants who have worked in a top tier international or boutique firm and may also have a mix of industry experience, we like to see the following competencies:
- Solid experience at managing engagements and client relationships
- Project management experience
- Deep knowledge in at least one industry that Indigo Bridge works in
- Top business school MBA or equivalent business qualifications
- The drive and ambition to help build a high calibre management consulting firm
